2.) Tried other kinds of therapy without satisfaction
3.) Resumed struggle with the same issue after a period of significant change.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy
IPT focuses on reducing symptom distress through a focus on interpersonal relationships. IPT tends to address one of following four domains:

2.) A life transition (job loss, childbirth)
3.) Grief and Loss
4.) Starting or sustaining new relationships.

Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy
IBCT is an evidence-based practice that incorporates traditional change and problem-solving techniques with emotional acceptance skills. This therapy provides members of intimate relationships with tools and support to reflect on their own behavior in relationships with more effective communication, ultimately leading to arguing less often and less intensely, while recovering more quickly from conflict.
